Makes 9-10 and can be completely VEGAN if you utilize vegan protein powder:<br /><br />12 oz of Coconut Milk 3 scoops of vanilla protein powder (90 grams<br /><br />in weight)<br /><br />OPTIONAL (not shown) 5 grams of natural<br /><br />sweetener - Blend Well<br /><br />-Distribute in cupcake cups or freezer safe dish<br /><br />- FREEZE till set (2+ hours) may be a bit more or less.
