Mirko Martinović was a top Balcanian rally driver. His achievements include two national championships and two times he was the runner-up in the final standings. He won three rallies and was thirteen times first in his class. As a rally co-driver he finished second five times in the national championship and one time he was third.<br /><br />Martinović died following an accident at the 2003 YU Rally, his Renault Clio Williams crashed into a tree causing him fatal injuries.<br /><br />R.I.P
