Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley expresses disappointment and calls on the Judicial and Legal Service Commission to explain the wastage of 55 million dollars of taxpayer money on a new building to house the office of the DPP that remained unoccupied.<br /><br /><br />Dr Rowley became visibly perturbed answering a question on the matter on Thursday afternoon.
