Fans have teased that Thierry Henry appeared 'heartbroken' after presenter Kate Abdo jokingly announced her 'engagement' during CBS Champions League coverage.<br /><br />Abdo was hosting CBS Sports' latest coverage of the competition on Tuesday night, alongside their regular line-up of Henry, Jamie Carragher, and Micah Richards as pundits.<br /><br />The show has earned widespread praise for the exchanges with Abdo and the punditry team, as well as their analysis.<br /><br />Abdo said during the show 'Guess what, everybody, we have a big announcement coming up in our post-game [analysis] so make sure you stay with us for that.'<br /><br />She added to the punditry team 'You lot don't know what it is, do you?'<br /><br />'No, what is it,' said Richards, with Abdo telling the former Man City defender 'It's a big announcement, that's all I can tell you and it's coming up.'<br /><br />Carragher quickly quipped 'Are you getting engaged?', prompting Abdo to reply 'Yes, I'm getting engaged. He doesn't know yet, but yes.'<br /><br />While Carragher and Richards responded excitedly about the prospect, viewers were quick to highlight Henry's shocked reaction to the remark, claiming the former Arsenal and Barcelona star appeared 'heartbroken'.<br /><br />'Thierry Henry is heartbroken,' one fan posted, with another commenting 'You can see his heart shattering into pieces'.<br /><br />'His world shattered,' added a third.<br /><br />'His work wife got engaged, unreal pain,' said a fourth.<br /><br />'The cameraman zooming in on Henry’s face,' commented another.<br /><br />Despite the jokes from fans, Henry has been in a long-term relationship with Bosnian-born personality Andrea Rajacic since 2011.<br /><br />Abdo married Ratmin Abdo in 2010 but reports claim the couple divorced, with the presented reportedly now in a relationship with radio host Barak Bess.<br /><br />The announcement teased by Abdo was revealed later in the show, with the CBS crew confirming they will travel to Miami for games on November 28 and 29.<br /><br />Carragher and Richards appeared dancing to salsa music to reveal the news, which has been dubbed Destination Miami.
