The THA's Infrastructure Secretary -- Trevor James has broken his silence on the chartered flight to Tobago issue.<br /><br />James shot into the spotlight after he arrived in Tobago, on a chartered flight from Martinique.<br /><br />Chief Secretary Farley Augustine reportedly did not know about this.<br /><br />Augustine has said the Tobago House of Assembly would not be footing the bill for the chartered flight.<br /><br />More from Elizabeth Williams.
