Protein Orange Creamsicle- a summer go to protein snack, perfect for post workout, so SAVE and SHARE about 15-20 grams of protein in each orange half<br /><br /><br />Another protein dessert for the books! So delicious and can be enjoyed right away if you can't wait 30 minutes<br /><br />This recipe will be added to the meal plans, where you'll find all my recipes. <br />Instructions:<br /><br />NOTE: Orange juice may be used and you can<br /><br /><br />just prepare these in a bowl. -cut 3 oranges in half -juice them (you'll need about 10oz of orange Q<br /><br />juice)<br /><br />- 4oz vanilla almond milk (I used unsweetened) - 120g in weight (not protein content) of vanilla protein powder. This varies by brand so add a bit at a time till you get the right consistency as shown<br /> - mix well<br /><br />- place in the orange halves - enjoy right away or set in the freezer for 20-30<br />minutes<br />- to have them overtime do not freeze but place in the fridge<br />
