Hello, it's Gyu Otoko! Today, I had a craving for both onion rings and tomato pasta for lunch. However, choosing between the two was a tough decision, so I decided to combine them and create a new dish. The result? A delicious pasta dish for the new era that everyone, from kids to adults, will undoubtedly enjoy.<br /><br />To start, slice the onion into rings and soak some in water . In the meantime, finely chop the remaining onion. Combine it with canned whole tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil, and salt to simmer and create a tomato sauce .<br /><br />Next, prepare the pasta , and insert the pasta into the onion rings. Then, create a batter by mixing eggs, all-purpose flour, chili flakes, cumin, paprika, oregano, and garlic in a tray. Dip the pasta-stuffed onions into the batter, coat them with breadcrumbs , and fry them until they turn crispy.<br /><br />Once fried, plate the crispy onion ring pasta and top it with the tomato sauce, grated cheese, and parsley .<br /><br />There you have it, the completion of the crispy, new era Oni-Pasta! <br /><br />The dish offers a spicy and aromatic batter, a crispy texture, the sweetness of juicy onions in the center, and pasta that's fried to perfection.
