The country has recorded its first conviction under the Trafficking in Persons Act, but the convicted man, Anthony Michael Smith, cannot be located.<br /><br /><br />Despite this, Minister of National Security Fitzergald Hinds says justice has been served, and everything will be done to locate Smith in the near future.<br /><br /><br />Alexander Bruzual has more on this story.
