As of October 12th of this year, a total of 38 out of the 384 applications for individual pepper spray user permits have been approved by the Police Commissioner .<br /><br />The National Security Minister provided the information in the Senate today in response to questions from an Independent Senator.<br /><br />And the Minister also gave details of the number of pepper spray import and retail licenses that have been approved thus far.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.
