The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical and Services Administration (PAGASA) on Wednesday, Nov. 8 said the easterlies, shear line, and northeast monsoon will continue to affect most of the country.<br /><br />PAGASA said Bicol Region, Quezon, Oriental Mindoro, Occidental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the easterlies—the warm winds coming from the Pacific Ocean.
