This can be pre workout, post workout or snack to satisfy that sweet tooth, which I have<br /><br />Instructions:<br /><br />-2.5 cups of ice<br /><br />-3/4 cup of plant based milk. I used<br /><br />Unsweetened Coconut Milk<br /><br />-2 tablespoons of dissolvable coffee (good<br /><br />quality instant coffee works)<br /><br />-2 packets op 1.6g of RAW stevia (or other<br /><br />natural sweetener of choose) below<br /><br />-60 grams of Chocolate Protein Powder in<br /><br />weight. This for me was 2 scoops/2 servings -1 medium banana -BLEND on high for at least 2 minutes till you<br /><br />get the mousse consistency -Dust with cocoa powder (optional but amazing)
