Body-worn camera footage of Blyth man Toby Kelly being arrested after murdering ambulance worker Sheldon Flanighan in Cramlington has been released by Northumbria Police.<br />Kelly, 38, of Wansbeck Avenue in Blyth, ran the ambulance worker down outside a pub.
