As the murder toll climbs over the gory milestone of 500, Opposition Member of Parliament for Oropouche East, Dr Roodal Moonilal laments that there has been no decline in criminality. Dr. Moonilal says in recent times, among the most dangerous places you can be is in front of a police station.
