Giulio Cuzzilla totally underestimated a magpie's ability to make new friends, and the hilarious result of that is highlighted in this video. <br /><br />"Local magpies kept stealing my cat's food, so I decided to make a fake owl to scare them away," Giulio told WooGlobe.
