Israel and Hamas have struck a temporary ceasefire deal to release hostages

The release of hostages is due to begin with a humanitarian pause on Friday. The ceasefire incentives more hostages to be freed, Israel says that for every 10 hostages released the humanitarian pause will continue for 24 hours.
