Everything was not fine in Lisbon, Portugal on October 17, 2023, and the distressing proof is shown in this footage. <br /><br />Shared by Dennis Pereira Silva, this clip shows the sad state of a building right after a weather disaster. <br /><br />"Bad weather resulted in the roof and part of the scaffolding structure to collapse," Dennis told WooGlobe.
