Billions spent by the Tobago House of Assembly with nothing to show. The words of PDP leader Watson Duke who called out the current THA administration for what he labelled as rampant partying and wastage of the public purse. In spite of this, he says they are asking for more budgetary funds from Central Government.<br /><br /><br />Duke's reaction comes one day after the THA threatened legal action against the State, for money owed.
