The 2023 United Nations Climate Change Conference, more commonly known as COP28 will be taking place in Dubai from November 10-December 12.<br /><br />COP28 is bringing leaders from across the globe together to find solutions to climate change - and with this year's extreme weather and global temperatures hitting record highs, the conference is an ideal opportunity to take action.<br /><br />With the UAE being one of the world's top 10 oil producers, hosting the conference in Dubai's Expo City has stirred up some controversy.<br /><br />The BBC says The United Arab Emirates planned to use its role as the host of UN climate talks as an opportunity to strike oil and gas deals.<br /><br />We asked people in Manchester their thoughts on COP28 and to share their main climate change concerns.
