Venezuelan MP, Jacobo Torres says Venezuela does not want a war with Guyana.<br /><br />But says the U.S used Guyana and their oil company Exxon to launch a systematic attack on Venezuela, when other avenues failed.<br /><br />He spoke at a forum on the border controversy held at Cipirani Labour College on Monday evening.<br /><br />Mark Bassant reports.
