<br /><br />This country's Foreign Affairs Minister Dr Amery Browner says he continues "to engage in discussions on" the Venezuela-Guyana Border issue "with all CARICOM counterparts, and in particular with Guyana's Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.<br /><br />The Foreign Affairs Minister declared that CARICOM's position on the International Court of Justice's order on the issue QUOTE 'reflects our common position on this week's determinations by the ICJ."
