It's been two days after the referendum in Venezuela in which President Nicolas Maduro declared that the vote was successful and that the people have agreed that the Essequibo region should be annexed from Guyana.<br /><br />But there are many Venezuelans who are strongly against Maduro and his decision and in some cases those that live on the border town of Mabaruma and go back and forth to Venezuela have been threatened by authorities for speaking out.<br /><br />Senior Multimedia Investigative Journalist Mark Bassant and Senior cameraman Brandon Benoit is in Guyana and files this report.
