Sean 'Diddy' Combs Faces , Lawsuit Accusing Him of 2003 , Sexual Assault of 17-Year-Old.<br />'Pitchfork' reports that Sean "Diddy" Combs<br />has been sued for the fourth time by <br />another woman accusing him of sexual assault.<br />The new complaint names Diddy, along with <br />former Bad Boy Entertainment President <br />Harve Pierre and an unnamed third person.<br />The new complaint names Diddy, along with <br />former Bad Boy Entertainment President <br />Harve Pierre and an unnamed third person.<br />In the complaint, the woman <br />claims that all three individuals <br />"sex trafficked and gang raped" her in 2003.<br />At the time, the woman says she was <br />only 17 years old and still in high school.<br />As a result of being raped by Mr. Combs, <br />Mr. Pierre and the Third Assailant, Ms. Doe <br />suffered significant emotional distress and <br />feels of shame that have plagued her life <br />and personal relationships for 20 years, Jane Doe legal complaint, via 'Pitchfork'.<br />Daddy’s House Recordings Inc. and Bad Boy <br />Entertainment Holdings Inc. are also reportedly <br />named as defendants in the court filing.<br />The law firm representing the woman, <br />identified as Jane Doe, also handled a since-settled case <br />against Diddy brought by Elizabeth "Cassie" Ventura.<br />As alleged in the complaint, <br />Defendants preyed on a vulnerable high <br />school teenager as part of a sex trafficking <br />scheme that involved plying her with drugs and <br />alcohol and transporting her by private jet to <br />New York City where she was gang raped by the <br />three individual defendants at Mr. Combs’ studio. , Douglas H.
