The KNA Rally Solør VTØ was stopped after an accident involving the red BMW M3 of driver Jan Egil Halland and co-driver Remi Gudmundsen in its first special stage when the car went off the road, crashed into a rock and rolled over. Gudmunsen died at the scene of the accident, and Halland was seriously injured.<br /><br />Remi Gudmundsen participated in rallies since 2000. He scored two class wins in 2004 - at Rally Sørland and Flesbergrally Sommer.<br /><br />R.I.P
