Cheerfulness engulfed the room when two sisters surprised each other by revealing they were pregnant! <br /><br />"In August, our mom was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer," the filmer, Sara Dajani, told WooGlobe. "This has been very difficult for my mom and family. I was excited to tell my sister that I was pregnant because I knew that our family could use some joy and would give my mom a reason to keep fighting.<br /><br />"When I told my sister that I was pregnant, she responded with, 'Me too!'
