Adjust the quantity based on your desired level of spiciness.<br />Heat Vegetable Oil:<br /><br />Place a wok or a large frying pan over medium heat.<br />Add the vegetable oil and allow it to heat up.<br />Sauté Garlic and Red Chillies:<br /><br />Add the minced garlic and sliced red chillies to the heated oil.<br />Sauté until the garlic becomes fragrant and the chillies start to release their aroma.<br />Stir-Fry the Water Spinach:<br /><br />Add the prepared water spinach to the wok.<br />Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the water spinach begins to wilt.<br />Add Oyster Sauce and Soy Sauce:<br /><br />Pour in the oyster sauce and soy sauce over the water spinach.<br />Continue stirring to ensure the water spinach is evenly coated with the sauces.<br />Cook Until Tender:<br /><br />Continue to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the water spinach is tender but still vibrant green.<br />Stir occasionally to prevent burning.<br />Season and Serve:<br /><br />Season the stir-fried water spinach with salt and pepper to taste.<br />Remove the wok from heat.<br />Serve Immediately:<br /><br />Transfer the Stir-Fried Water Spinach to a serving dish.<br />Serve immediately as a delicious side dish.
