The lawyer of an handcuffed Alabama man who was tasered by an officer as she told him to 'shut you b**** a** up' said he expects criminal charges to be pursued for the suspended cop.<br /><br />Leroy Maxwell Jr., the attorney defending Micah Washington, 24, said the investigation into the viral incident remains ongoing.
