Video shows an American Airlines Boeing 777 struggling to land at Heathrow airport -amid Storm Gerrit's strong winds. <br /><br />The video, recorded on December 27 by Big Jet TV, shows the plane experiencing strong turbulence at landing. <br /><br />The storm has caused gusts of wind at up to 80 miles per hour and left hundreds of homes without power. <br /><br />British Airways canceled some flights at Heathrow and there have been delays to rail services, ferries and flights. <br /><br />Some train services have also been suspended and flooding and road closures have further disrupted travel.
