LUKE HUMPHRIES' girlfriend was crying after his PDC World Darts Championship triumph.<br /><br />The new world number one roared back from 4-2 down to beat Luke Littler 7-4 at Alexandra Palace on Wednesday night.<br /><br />He checked out 16 to clinch the 11th set and the match after his dramatic comeback.<br /><br />Humphries immediately sunk to his knees on stage before the cameras panned to the crowd.<br /><br />His friends and family could be seen celebrating, with his girlfriend Kayley Jones sitting down as her emotions got the better of her.<br /><br />She put her hands to her face and looked in tears with another member of Humphries' entourage checking she was okay.<br /><br />The 28-year-old himself was also visibly emotional on stage as he embraced Littler before celebrating his victory.<br /><br />He also shared a touching moment with retiring referee Russ Bray after his final World Championship match.<br /><br />Kayley had supported Humphries throughout the tournament as he picked up his first world title.<br /><br />The pre-tournament favorite has reportedly been with his partner since they were teenagers.<br /><br />Humphries and Kayley have two children, Grace, born in 2013, and Rowan Ellis, born on October 9, 2022, live together in Crewe, Cheshire.<br /><br />It is unclear whether Kayley had her firstborn child, Grace, with her darts champ partner or with a former partner, as some online sources say Luke became a father for the first time in 2022.<br /><br />Cool Hand Luke is now a four-time major winner after entering 2023 without one to his name.<br /><br />His World Championship triumph follows the World Grand Prix, Grand Slam, and Players Championship victories.<br />
