One person has died following an incident which disrupted a number of Glasgow train services on the morning of 4 January. <br /><br />Earlier, British Transport Police reported an emergency incident between Johnstone and Kilwinning stations which effected services from Glasgow Central to Ayr, Ardrossan Harbour and Largs. <br /><br />The person was pronounced dead at the scene and police do not believe there to be any suspicious circumstances. <br /><br />Next, a Glasgow hospital unit is using children’s ideas to help transform the space to make it more comfortable for patients. <br /><br />The Royal Hospital for Children is aiming to make their pre-theatre space more soft play for those staying there, brining a unique collaboration between former patients and creatives.<br /><br />And in other news, Wunderbar, which has proved popular in Glasgow City Centre, is to open a second location in the West End. <br /><br />The cocktail bar and beer hall opened on Buchanan Street in 2022, while the team behind the endeavour revealed in a social media post that they’d be opening the latest venue in 2024.
