Five people, including a 16-year-old male, have been arrested over Melbourne arson attacks

Five people have been arrested, including a 16-year-old boy, following another spate of arson attacks across Melbourne. Police say young gang members are being drawn into the battle for control of the state’s illegal Tabacco trade.
