The Cabinet has referred the report of the Commission of Enquiry into the Paria tragedy to the Director of Public Prosecutiions.<br /><br />The announcement was made by the Energy Minister in the House of Representatives today in response to questions from the Opposition.<br /><br />The Commission of Enquiry has recommended that the DPP consider charging State-owned Paria Fuel Trading Company Limited with quote, "what is commonly known as Corporate Manslaughter."
