After a year-long retirement, hip-hop star Logic revealed this week that he’s coming back to the rap game.

The #Grammy-nominated artist followed the blueprint of #NBA icon #MichaelJordan to announce his return. Logic posted a press release on social media that was worded exactly like Jordan’s famous comeback announcement in 1995.

The focus was on two simple words: “I’m back.”

Before retiring from rap last summer, #Logic had landed an #MTV Video Music Award and two Grammy nominations. His first three albums -- “Under Pressure,” “The Incredible True Story” and “Everybody” -- each went platinum. He also had hit collaborations with #Eminem, #DJKhaled, #LilWayne and #JoynerLucas, among others.

Logic didn’t stray too far from music in the short time he was gone. Instead of getting on the mic, he worked on making beats as a producer as well as video-game streaming. He’s also been writing a book that is set to drop later this year.

READ MORE: https://www.sohh.com/logic-ends-his-rap-retirement-just-like-michael-jordan/

Wanna show everyone you’re SOHH Fam?
