Sure seems like the bands helped! Here's some doubles w/145½lb & 190⅓lb followed by 237lb! That's more than l Cleaned last year! Hallelujah! So, even though my Push Down Cleans didn't do exactly what l wanted, they still helped. Don't look for perfection when better will do.
