The wait might finally be over. Toronto rap star Drake is pushing accelerate on the rollout for his long-awaited Certified Lover Boy album.<br />The 6 God’s follow-up to 2018’s Scorpion has kept fans on pins and needles for months and now the clues are mounting up to suggest a release date might come as soon as this week.<br />For starters, Drake quietly changed his Instagram bio to simply read ‘CERTIFIED’ - an obvious nod to the title of his upcoming album.<br /><br />If that wasn’t enough, there’s also footage circulating online showing both him and longtime collaborator Future appearing to film a new music video for an unreleased single.<br />So far we’ve only had a Drake promise of the album arriving before summer ends and with July in full swing, you have to imagine the 6 God is preparing to bless us with the summer soundtrack to match heatwaves.<br />Could this be the week we finally get an album release date?
