Plans to relocate vendors from High Street in San Fernando are being met with strong resistance from the vendors who set up shop in that area.<br /><br />However, Mayor Robert Parris says he will not change his position, as vending is illegal.<br /><br />TV6's Nicole M Romany has the story.
