Tobago recorded its third murder on Thursday night, with the shooting death of 44 year-old Nigel Julien, also known as "Tall man" of Signal Hill Lambeau and Quarry Street Laventille.<br /><br /><br />Julien, a mason, was holding his baby boy when he was shot by a gunman who walked away from the scene.
