A man remains in a critical condition in hospital after being shot in the face during a 'targeted attack' in Old Swan on Monday. Armed police have been in the area and officers making enquiries linked to the shooting have executed warrants and made arrests. <br /><br />Elsewhere and a man has been charged after a gun was fired inside a property in Halewood on the 23rd of January. There were no injuries inflicted and the twenty four year old has been charged with possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.<br /><br />And finally, A 25-metre dragon is set to sail across Liverpool as the city prepares to host its 'biggest ever' Lunar New Year celebrations.
