Two men involved in a street brawl which resulted in police being battered over the head with a bicycle have been jailed. Hamad Gernas and Adam Issa assaulted four officers after violence erupted in Lozells. They were jailed for seven and six months respectively.<br /><br />Police have charged a man with three counts of being in charge of a dangerously out of control dog following an incident last September in Bordesley Green.
