A mum and her three year-old daughter have potentially "life-changing" wounds following an attack with a corrosive substance which left 12 people injured near Clapham Common in Lambeth.<br /><br />Mohamed Ilyas, 18, who lives on Lessar Avenue in Clapham says he ran outside when he heard screaming.<br /><br />Mohamed claims to have seen a man throw a child to the floor and saw a man drive into a woman.<br /><br />
