Housing Hartlepool has launched two programmes 'Skills for Life' and 'Keys to Success' programme to furnish people with the knowhow necessary to live independently and successfully in their own homes. <br /><br />Keys to Success encompasses a wide range of issues including how the housing waiting list works, tenants’ responsibilities, how to manage money, healthy eating on a budget, community involvement and volunteering, and repairs and home security
