This video captures a scene that could easily be mistaken for a nightmare. <br /><br />The footage portrays the distressing flooding on Beta Street in San Diego, where houses and cars are partially submerged in floodwaters. <br /><br />Duncan, the filmer, recounted his experience to WooGlobe, saying, "I woke up around 10 am and saw it was raining outside. I started to take videos of the rain and events as the morning went on." <br /><br />In the video, Duncan is seen standing atop a roof, having also assisted his neighbors and a dog to safety.
