Dramatic footage shows the immediate aftermath after a car crashed into an emergency room.<br /><br />The car burst through the ER lobby at St. David’s North Austin Medical Center in Austin, Texas, killing one and injuring five.<br /><br />The video shows the car in the ER's lobby, tyres still skidding on the floor causing smoke to billow into the room. <br /><br />People can be seen getting treatment from doctors and nurses present and appearing to call for help<br /><br />The crash, which took place around 5:38 pm on Tuesday, underwent preliminary inspection and was deemed unintentional by Austin Police.<br /><br />The driver was extricated from the car by the fire department and given CPR but was pronounced dead at the scene.
