The Premier League clash between Burnley and Arsenal was delayed after Aaron Ramsey suffered a horror injury.<br /><br />Burnley star Ramsey, 21, was stretchered off the pitch in the 63rd minute while being given oxygen.<br /><br />The injury came after Ramsey fell to the floor following a tackle from Martin Odegaard.<br /><br />Ramsey appeared to get his foot stuck in the turf after the tackle and could then be seen grimacing in pain while holding his knee.<br /><br />The midfielder was then stretchered off the pitch while being given some oxygen.<br /><br />The game was delayed for some time as medical staff from both teams treated the England Under-20 star.<br /><br />Ramsey was replaced by Jay Rodriguez.<br /><br />Taking to social media, numerous fans rushed to send Ramsey their well wishes.<br /><br />One fan said: "Hope he will recover quickly."<br /><br />A second said: "Hope it's not a serious one .. really unlucky."<br /><br />A third added: "I'll be shocked if it's anything other than a torn knee ligament, twisted awkwardly trying to regain his balance. Horrible injury."<br /><br />Another said: "So unlucky for him."<br /><br />Ramsey signed for Burnley in the summer from Aston Villa.<br /><br />Including his appearance today, he has played in 17 games in all competitions this season.<br /><br />He has made six appearances for England's U20 team, scoring once.<br /><br />Arsenal were 3-0 ahead at the time of the injury.<br /><br />Mikel Arteta's side then added two more goals before ten minutes of additional time were played as they ran out 5-0 winners.<br /><br />The win ensures Arsenal keep up the pressure at the top of the table.<br /><br />Meanwhile, Burnley sank deeper into relegation zone trouble.<br />
