NDIS commissioner Tracey Mackey has announced her resignation days before the release of a report into a scandal exposed by four corners. Ms Mackey’s department came under scrutiny after an ABC Investigations exposed how children with autism had been subjected to unlawful restraints by an NDIS operator.
