A woman has been rushed to hospital with “serious injuries” after a massive gas explosion ripped through a terraced home.<br /><br />The victim, in her 70s, is believed to have suffered “significant burns” in the blast, which destroyed the two-bed property in Bury, Grtr. Manchester.<br /><br />Shocking video shared on social media showed the roughly £100,000 home engulfed with 6m (20ft) high flames following the explosion shortly before 11am today (Wed).<br /><br />And subsequent footage revealed dozens of firefighters attempting to tame the raging inferno, which sent thick black smoke shooting up into the sky around it.
