It's a year since the scrap metal industry was partially reopened with a ban on copper exports remaining in place.<br /><br /><br />Hopes that this would have been lifted by now are dashed, as the T&T Scrap Iron Dealers Association tells us, nothing has been put in place for exports to resume.<br /><br /><br />Alicia Boucher has the details.
