Ingredients<br /><br />312 g All Purpose Flour <br />2 tsp baking powder<br />100 g granulated sugar<br />1 tsp nutmeg powder<br />1/2 tsp salt <br />1/2 cup milk<br />3 eggs<br />2 tsp vanilla extract <br />115 g melted butter <br />Oil for deep frying <br />Icing sugar for serving <br /><br />Procedure<br />In a mixing bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together till well combined. <br />Once mixed, add in the wet ingredients and mix until you get a smooth batter. <br />In a deep pan, heat up the oil till slight bubbles are formed. <br />Take the batter by a spoon and plop it in the oil carefully. <br />Flip them once they turn slightly golden from the bottom. <br />Once they turn golden on both sides, carefully remove them from the oil and place them in a sieve to remove the excess oil. <br />Dust with some icing sugar and enjoy!
