A video surfaces of the encounter between the tourist from whose neck a gold chain was snatched on the streets of Port of Spain, the suspect and the police.<br /><br /><br />The woman witnessed the suspect being apprehended by law enforcement officers, shortly after the act.<br /><br /><br />DOMA President Gregory Aboud says he wasn't surprised, but he was very disappointed.
