INGREDIENTS<br />3 tbsp olive oil <br />6 cloves of garlic (sliced)<br />1-2 tsp of chilli flakes <br />3 tbsp chopped parsley <br />120 g uncooked spaghetti <br />Salt <br /><br />PROCEDURE<br />1. Cook the spaghetti according to packaged instructions with heavily salted water. Be sure to save the pasta water. <br />2. Heat up the olive oil in a pan and add in the garlic. <br />3. Once slightly golden, add in the chilli flakes. <br />4. Add in 1/4 cup of the pasta water and stir till it emulsifies. <br />5. Add in the cooked spaghetti. <br />6. Turn the heat off and add in the parsley. <br />7. Make sure all the pasta is coated well in the sauce. <br />8. Plate it up and garnish with more parsley and chilli.
