The Foreign and CARICOM Affairs Minister says the CARICOM Heads of Government will beholding a virtual meeting tonight to "discuss the next steps on the path to a political transition" in Haiti.<br /><br />This, as there are media reports out of Haiti, that two political leaders there have rejected the proposal for a transitional presidential council in Haiti.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.
